Alors que le support vous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des incidents existants, nous sommes l\u00e0 pour que ces incidents ne se produisent pas. Cela se fait principalement via les formations (appel\u00e9es <a title=\"WorkShop Plus\" href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/france\/services\/workshop-plus.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WorkShop Plus<\/a>) et les bilans de sant\u00e9 (Health Check, Offline Assessment, Risk Assessment : Offline RaaS, RaaS, RaaS+, On-Demand Assessment ) &#8230;<br \/>\n&#8211; &#8230; mais surtour nous passons la plus grande partie de notre temps chez les clients Premier (ayant un contrat Premier suivi par un Technical Account Manager et\/ou Application Development Manager) de mani\u00e8re ponctuelle ou r\u00e9currente. De ce fait nous sommes compl\u00e9mentaires du support r\u00e9actif.<br \/>\n&#8211; Comme nos amis et coll\u00e8gues du support nous avons une expertise sur un voire plusieurs produits Microsoft (Pour ma part mes technologies sont <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/\">Azure<\/a>, <a title=\"IIS\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iis.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IIS<\/a>, <a title=\"PowerShell\" href=\"https:\/\/msdn.microsoft.com\/powershell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PowerShell<\/a> et un peu de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur Windows.
